Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Transformation Lead focused on SAP SuccessFactors to help clients digitize and transform their HR and business processes. You will drive large, complex SAP implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work directly with clients to deliver value while traveling to client sites as needed.

You should bring 5+ years in SuccessFactors deployments, leadership experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
Minimum 3 years as a project/large workstream or client lead on large transformational projects with on-/off-shore resources.
Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); Associate’s with 6 years accepted).

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
Lead in a team where you wear multiple hats—interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and coordinating with other teams.
Run the workstream and project activities as assigned.
Drive profitability and service quality by effectively managing outcomes.
Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management workstreams.
Adapt methods and tools to meet clients’ needs.
