Job summary

You will stay current with SAP SuccessFactors trends, drive proofs of concept, and provide expert guidance from concept through implementation. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide decisions as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors with deep knowledge across stakeholders.
• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver successful implementations and integrations.
• Develop and support proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Provide technical expertise and client support during and after implementation.
• Keep up to date with SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage deep functional or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes.
