Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead transformation efforts, advise clients, and design robust HR tech solutions. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors reporting, analytics, and complex integrations across client environments.

You will guide end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategy with deep domain expertise, staying ahead of best practices in SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunity to influence and advise with confidence as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Guide clients on design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations and integrations.
• Develop proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to clients during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage expertise to enhance project outcomes and value.
