Job summary
The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions for enterprise-scale processes. You will translate business needs into sustainable system solutions, lead projects, and mentor team members while aligning technology with business strategy.
In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across IT and business units, oversee design, testing, and deployment, and maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Advanced SAP SD experience, including Order-to-Cash.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, MM, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
Responsibilities
- Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and O2C solutions.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into system deliverables.
- Mentors team members and provides work direction for projects and initiatives.
- Plans end-to-end testing and ensures traceability of test plans, results, and defects.
- Provides production support and opportunities for process improvements.
