Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP, SCI, and related security disciplines and coordinate with the GSSO to maintain access and compliance.

The role requires an active TS/SCI-ready clearance, a bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD experience, SAP/SCI background, and travel up to 10%. Proficiency with DISS and JADE and a strong understanding of DoD security policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI work in the last 8 years.
• Travel up to 10% CONUS.
• Knowledge of DISS/JADE and DoD 5205.07 volumes 1-4.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security, SCI, and related disciplines (info, physical, industrial, personnel).
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer on duties.
• Advise on personnel security policies for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and DISS/JADE integration.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian staff.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training, PARs, indoctrinations.
• Handle physical security for classified facilities, entry control, badges.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
