Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program within the AFLCMC/WAG-AT field office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

You will analyze acquisition processes, manage cross-functional program efforts, and develop guidance and acquisition plans for new technology contracts. The role requires an active security clearance (TOP-SECRET with SCI), a master’s or bachelor’s with extensive DoD program experience, and SAP experience within the last 8 years.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and current background investigation (past 5 years) or under Continuous Vetting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing DoD Acquisition Programs (Masters degree).
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of experience in DoD programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, test, deployment, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents for government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans for new contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings among DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
• Maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Engage with industry partners for reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support curriculum development and DoD Anti-Tamper training programs.
