Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP/SCI experience, and involves SAP security disciplines across Information, Physical, Industrial, and Personnel security. You will collaborate with Government SAP Security Officers, manage access quotas, and maintain security dossiers, while engaging with industry partners and military

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of relevant DoD/government/DoD contractor experience.
Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access and SAP access.
3+ years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years.
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security.
Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures for ongoing access.
Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain security databases.
Coordinate with industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
Maintain security dossiers including training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
Perform physical security for classified facilities (entry control, visitor badges, alarm checks).
Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
