Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to join the Special Programs Division supporting DoD AT initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI access, extensive SAP/SCI experience, and strong security program management skills.

You will oversee multiple security disciplines, coordinate with the GSSO, manage access quotas, and develop training programs to ensure compliant SAP/SCI operations across programs and partners.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with ~15 years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• Proficiency with SAP, SCI, and related security policies is expected.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with the Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Advise on current personnel security policies for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal master databases.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers and training records.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
