Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support DoD Anti-Tamper initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze acquisition processes, manage cross-functional program efforts, and develop critical acquisition documents for government decisions.

Requirements include an active TS clearance with SCI access, a Master's or 15+ years Bachelor’s experience in DoD acquisitions, SAP experience, and up to 10% travel. Join a team driving defense technology maturation and fielding.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access; investigation current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Masters degree with 10+ years in managing DoD acquisition programs; or a Bachelor's with 15+ years experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage programs including technology development, engineering, test, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead in development of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD tech development areas in Service labs.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Engage industry partners for technology development reviews.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach for DoD Anti-Tamper curriculum and training modules.
