Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP delivery leader to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, accountable for program execution, quality, and business outcomes. You will partner with client executives to define strategies and roadmaps, guiding global delivery teams across functional, technical, and data streams.

You will champion AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision making to improve productivity and value realization. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Delivery/Transformation Leadership or Consulting experience.
• Leadership roles in SAP transformation programs (Delivery Lead/Program Director) for large clients.
• Experience managing global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and ensure value realization.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and objectives with senior client executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across workstreams (business, technical, data, change).
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
