Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP transformation leader to drive enterprise SAP programs, delivering measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will align business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, and change teams around transformation goals and modernize delivery with AI and analytics across global delivery organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives with client executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations to align with objectives.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder communications with transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, Accenture methodologies, and quality standards.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Drive delivery innovation leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
• Develop trusted client relationships as a strategic advisor on transformation and value realization.
