Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs for Consumer, Goods & Services clients. You will provide vision, leadership, and delivery discipline across global teams to realize business value from strategy to deployment.

You will leverage AI, GenAI, automation and analytics to modernize delivery, manage risk and stakeholder expectations, and partner with C-suite executives to shape transformation roadmaps. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, PM, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting.
• 6+ years in Leadership roles (Delivery Lead, PM, Director) for SAP transformations in CPG.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with planning and outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams across geographies.
• 2+ years in governance, testing, data migration, change management, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, and outcomes.
• Partner with senior executives to define strategies, roadmaps, and value realization.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Manage planning, staffing, governance, and financials across SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of leading practices and Accenture delivery methodologies.
• Guide teams through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Drive delivery innovation with AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics.
