Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale programs using design thinking, agile methods, and AI-enabled delivery. You will guide delivery excellence, manage executive stakeholders, and promote value realization for consumer goods across global teams.

You will travel up to 0–100% as needed, oversee complex programs, and mentor next‑gen SAP leaders while advancing Accenture’s leading SAP practices.

Qualifications

• 12 years of SAP Delivery, PM or Transformation leadership experience.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• 2+ years with SAP methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, readiness.
• 2+ years managing program financials and executives.
• Experience supporting business development and pursuit activities.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI or analytics to improve SAP delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs with accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Partner with senior client executives to define strategies, roadmaps and value realization.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across all workstreams.
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep programs on track.
• Lead executive governance forums and stakeholder communications with transparency.
