Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to guide large-scale programs for Consumer, Goods & Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery, define strategies with client executives, and manage global teams across multiple workstreams to ensure value realization and predictable delivery.

You will drive innovation through AI/GenAI, analytics, and automation, while managing risk, cost and quality. Travel 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in SAP Delivery, Program Management or Transformation Leadership.
• Leadership roles (Delivery Lead/Program Director) for SAP transformations.
• Experience in large global delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Manage planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management with alignment to objectives.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting and recommendations.
• Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and Accenture delivery methodologies.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Drive delivery innovation via AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
• Build senior client relationships and act as trusted SAP transformation advisor.
