Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP transformation leader to drive large, multi-year SAP S/4HANA programs. You will align business and technical teams, manage global delivery, and ensure value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

You will champion AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve delivery outcomes while guiding senior executives and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP Delivery or related consulting experience.
• 2+ years in SAP leadership roles for transformations.
• Experience managing 100+ resources across geographies.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
• Define transformation roadmaps with senior client executives.
• Manage global delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Drive risk, scope, and stakeholder alignment to goals.
• Guide design, build, test, deployment and go-live phases.
