Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology focused on SAP to translate business needs into technical specifications, and to design, blueprint, test, and implement SAP solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure value delivery and architecture integrity across SAP modules and non-SAP systems.

You will lead complex engagements, manage risk, and mentor junior consultants while expanding EY’s SAP manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements and work streams.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders.
