Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional/ configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience in technology cost–benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Experience designing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams; foster inclusion.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for EY service lines.
