• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years of SAP experience in PP.
• Experience leading SAP projects/work streams and managing teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
