Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead complex SAP engagements, focusing on Production Planning and manufacturing transformations for clients in the US. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, manage delivery, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring quality and risk management.

You will oversee large-scale SAP client work streams, develop resource plans and budgets, and build strong client relationships across EY practices to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
5+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or configuration role.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Experience managing SAP projects/work streams and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
Identify new business opportunities by understanding EY services and client needs.
