Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP PP-focused engagements, translate business requirements into technical designs, and guide cross-functional teams. The role involves evaluating models, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, and ensuring delivery excellence for manufacturing-related SAP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain technology functions.
• Ability and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
• Experience in conducting technology cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and informing stakeholders.
