EY, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Production Planning engagements and deliver complex SAP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage risk, and guide cross‑functional teams across SAP and non‑SAP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
At least five years of SAP Production Planning experience in a functional/consulting role.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead SAP client engagements and work streams.
Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with trends.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders of outcomes.
Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY services.
