Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP PP experience.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders of outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within EY service lines.
