EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Core Supply Chain to lead large-scale transformations, advise executives, and drive enhanced asset reliability and maintenance performance. You will shape roadmaps, guide SAP-enabled transformations, and oversee integrated asset management capabilities across complex environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to deliver measurable value, build senior client relationships, and grow leadership and advisory skills within EY’s SAP

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60%.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Certifications in SAP Asset Management or related solutions preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise executives and provide thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovations.
