Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformations, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, and maintenance planning.

In this role you will collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape solution roadmaps, guide SAP-enabled transformations, and oversee the delivery of integrated asset management capabilities across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for senior roles.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP and asset management.
• Strong communication, presentation and client-service skills.
• Experience leading multi-site SAP S/4HANA transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and PM/EAM transformations from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and reliability.
• Oversee engagement delivery, finances, resources, quality and risk across programs.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across SAP modules including Asset Mgmt, SCM, Finance.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities for EY services.
