Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale transformation programs in SAP Asset Management and Plant Maintenance. You will advise executives, shape solution roadmaps, and oversee delivery across asset-intensive environments, collaborating with business and technical leaders to realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Managing engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Driving solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Building and maintaining senior client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentoring and developing consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team.
• Staying current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovations.
