Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Asset Management transformations, advise executives, and help clients improve asset reliability and maintenance planning. You will guide roadmaps, oversee delivery, and collaborate with business and technical leaders across complex environments.

Expect to manage global deployments, mentor teams, and drive growth while staying current with S/4HANA innovations. Travel 40%–60% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management; leading SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resources, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovations.
