Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience; 10+ years SAP PM/EAM.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects across global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives, providing thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, finance, resources, quality and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing.
