You will shape roadmaps, oversee successful SAP-enabled transformations, and mentor cross-functional teams across Asset Management, Supply Chain, and Finance. A strong track record in global deployments and business development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management transformation programs.
• Advise executives on maintenance and asset management models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, finances, risk management.
