Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Core Supply Chain to lead large-scale transformations across asset management and maintenance using SAP S/4HANA. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Operations.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to develop strategies, manage complex programs, and grow leadership and client advisory capabilities while traveling up to 40-60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management and client advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance and asset management models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify EY service opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture.
