Job summary

EY seeks a Data Management and Strategy Manager to transform data into strategic assets for clients. You will lead workstreams, guide teams, and engage daily with clients to identify growth opportunities and improve data governance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You'll advise on tools like MDG, Data Services, and Datasphere, manage cross-functional SAP data initiatives, and travel up to 60% to serve client needs while operating in a flexible, hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines (Migration, MDG, Governance, Data Quality, Analytics).
• Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model and data migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
