Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and manage engagement economics while guiding your team toward innovative, scalable data solutions.

This role requires SAP data management expertise, governance, and MDG experience, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data strategies across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
