Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure delivery quality and value realization.

You will guide cross-functional teams across SAP data tools and governance frameworks, shaping data migrations and MDG programs that support scalable operations and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and SAP data transformation experience highly preferred.
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP data transformation, including MDG or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines and data governance capabilities.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data models and migrations, ECC to S/4HANA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work and workshops.
• Proven leadership of SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management workstreams and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Engage daily with clients, identify upsell opportunities, manage engagement economics.
