Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to lead data as a strategic asset for clients. You’ll drive governance, data quality initiatives, and MDG program delivery, coordinating across SAP and non-SAP landscapes to enable scalable operations and value realization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage daily with clients, shape data strategy, and oversee risk and engagement economics while coaching your team to deliver innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience.
• Experience with MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
