EY is seeking an SAP IS‑U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience with hands‑on delivery.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in utility environments.
• Experience with customer life cycle processes (customer and contract data, move‑in/out, service requests).
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, and service start/stop.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS‑U Customer Service, including business partner and contract data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, correspondence and customer‑contact processes.
• Translate service operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs.
• Coordinate cross‑workstream impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Analyze customer‑impacting exceptions and root causes in the context of meter‑to‑cash.
