Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients. You will translate requirements into functional designs spanning customer, account, contract, premise, and service-request processes along the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will work with business and technical teams, perform unit/integration testing, and support user acceptance testing, data conversion, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.
• Experience with customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, and service-connection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and end-to-end workflows across meter-to-cash.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams; support testing and production stabilization.
• Travel to meet client needs (40–60%).
