Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients in the US. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure integration with IS-U Billing, Bank interfaces, and FI/CO.

You will guide cross-functional teams, establish controls, and drive readiness from requirements through go-live. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and utility financial processes.
Experience with receivables, payments, collections, and financial controls.
Experience owning FI-CA design and delivery through full lifecycle.
Experience leading cross-functional workshops and governance.

Responsibilities

Own FI-CA workstream scope, deliverables, and rollout from blueprint to go-live.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and collections.
Lead requirements gathering and design reviews translating business needs.
Coordinate FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing, Bank interfaces, and GL.
Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting processes.
Manage cross-workstream dependencies to align end-to-end utilities processes.
Develop functional specifications and maintain design standards.
Coach FI-CA consultants and coordinate partners.
Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution for FI-CA.
Lead cutover, training, production readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
