Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager in the United States to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utilities. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align requirements with business policies, and ensure seamless integration with SAP IS-U and related modules.

You will guide cross-functional teams including Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical partners to drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness, while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and controls.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration and reconciliation across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and SAP FI/CO.
