Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on FI-CA configuration for utility receivables and payments. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will prepare designs, test cases, and deliverables, execute testing, and provide production support. Travel to client locations (40–60%) is expected as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional specs, configuration, testing and production support.
• Understanding FI-CA integration with Billing and GL including reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business partners, and postings.
• Design and test payment processing, interfaces, and bank file flows.
• Configure dunning, installments, write-offs, and other receivables.
• Support FI-CA events and BRF+ for control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, Billing, and Tax impacts.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and flows.
• Execute unit/integration testing; support UAT, regression, and cutover.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to resolve issues.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis; guide client teams.
