Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in SAP FI-CA. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have strong SAP IS-U FI-CA knowledge, experience with integration to Billing and GL, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into functional designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with hands-on FI-CA.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships, and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces and cash desk flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and installment plans for receivables.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to business users.
• Coordinate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
