Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration for utility receivables, payments, and contract accounts within FI-CA. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional requirements and production support in a utility setting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and related processes.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces and cash desk flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and open-item processing in FI-CA.
• Support FI-CA events, BRF+ rules, and integration with GL and Billing.
• Prepare functional designs, test cases, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
