EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in SAP FI‑CA. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑workstreams to ensure accurate processing across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle.

The role requires strong FI‑CA knowledge, experience with IS‑U integration, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP designs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience with FI‑CA.
• Hands‑on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, open-item management, and FI‑CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI‑CA integration with IS‑U Billing and FI/CO GL, including reconciliation.
• Experience preparing functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and process flows.
• Experience executing unit/integration testing and supporting UAT, defect resolution, and production stabilization.

Aufgaben

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, business‑partner relationships, and open‑item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure clearing, dunning, collections, and installment plans for receivables.
• Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer‑service transactions.
• Prepare functional designs, config docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Conduct unit/integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and guidance to users and technical teams.
• Communicate requirements and decisions with client stakeholders and project leadership.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams and junior project members.
