Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration for FI-CA in utility receivables and contract accounts. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-workstreams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design.
• Experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, and FI-CA account determination.
• FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger knowledge.
• Travel willingness; 40–60% travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces, payment lots and cash-desk flows.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, and installment plans.
• Support FI-CA events or BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer-service transactions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Knowledge transfer to client teams and junior staff.
