EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP FI-CA. You will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role requires 3–4 years of SAP IS-U/Utilities experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel 40–60% for client engagements across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional specs, configuration, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, and FI-CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger, including reconciliation and period-end considerations.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, main/subtransactions, and account determination.
• Design and test payment processing, interfaces, and cash-desk flows.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, installment plans, and write-offs.
• Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer-service transactions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banking partners, collection agencies, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
