Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration and support across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will work with utility clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation within FI‑CA and related modules.

Responsibilities include configuring FI‑CA accounts, testing payment interfaces, supporting dunning and collections, and collaborating on end‑to‑end processes. Travel up to 60% is common in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience preferred.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, partners, and posting controls.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces and cash flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and open-item processing in FI-CA.
• Support BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with General Ledger and period-end processing.
• Prepare functional designs, configurations, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit/integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and FI/CO teams to resolve issues.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate issues and requirements with client stakeholders.
