EY seeks an SAP IS‑U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration and support for FI‑CA in the utility receivables and payments domain. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and connected workstreams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support.
• Experience with FI-CA and IS-U Billing integration.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, BP relationships, main/subtransactions, and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, and installment plans.
• Support FI-CA events, BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, billing, tax and customer-service transactions.
• Prepare designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing; support UAT, regression, defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, CS, Retail Choice, banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve issues.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to business users.
• Communicate issues clearly to stakeholders; transfer knowledge to client teams.
