EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA functional consultant to support and deliver complex utility receivables projects. You will work with clients and internal teams to implement FI-CA solutions, focusing on contract accounts, dunning, collections, payment processing, and GL integration.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and a willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U FI-CA experience with hands-on delivery.
• Experience with payment processing, collections, dunning, and open-item management.
• Knowledge of FI-CA integration with Billing and General Ledger.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and main/subtransactions.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces and cash desk flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and write-offs.
• Support FI-CA events and BRF+ for process control.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL and period-end processes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams.
• Travel to meet client needs and communicate requirements with stakeholders.
