Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements into functional designs and work with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end processes for customer, account, and contract data.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, service‑request workflows, data mappings, testing, and data conversion support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, premise and service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer‑lifecycle processes including move‑in/out and service changes.
• Knowledge of meter‑to‑cash dependencies across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves and transfers.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service components.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact workflows.
• Translate operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs and data mappings.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management and more.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and issue analysis.
• Support data conversion activities and cutover readiness; assist go‑live stabilization.
