Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs and processes.

You will work with client teams to deliver customer, account, contract, and service-point processes, with travel up to 40–60% as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including hands-on in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in utility environments.
• Experience with customer, business partner, contract data and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Translate utility service-operation requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and other project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, defect resolution and production issue analysis.
• Support data conversion activities and go-live readiness.
