EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions within the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support cross‑workstream integration across Billing, FI‑CA, and field service.

You will travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs while delivering functional designs, configuration documentation, and robust testing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utility environments.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer‑lifecycle processes, including account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Understanding meter‑to‑cash processes and dependencies among SAP IS‑U, Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service, and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start and stop service, and related customer processes.
• Configuring SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and related data.
• Designing and supporting service‑request, notification, correspondence, and customer‑contact processes in SAP IS‑U.
• Translating service‑operation requirements into workflows for customer, account, contract, premise, and service‑request processes.
• Coordinating end‑to‑end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, digital channels, field service, and external contact‑center systems.
• Preparing functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Executing unit and integration testing and supporting UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
