Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement SAP IS‑U solutions for utility clients across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs that support customer, account, contract, premise and service‑point processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS‑U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start/stop service, and related processes.
• Configure and support SAP IS‑U Customer Service solutions including partner, contract account, utility contract, premise and service connection data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, correspondence, and customer contacts processes in SAP IS‑U and related systems.
• Translate service operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management and other systems.
• Analyze customer‑impacting exceptions related to activation, account changes, billing readiness, and data Integrations.
